What is your Return Policy?

As the nature of our goods are unique and/or rare vintage items, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Many of our items can often be near perfect, but anything aged will have character. We understand that during the pandemic, it can be hard to get a good look at an item. Feel free to contact us for additional photos or video, prior to purchasing. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will accommodate as best we can. 

 

What is your Hold Policy?

Love an item? Gotta do some measuring? No worries, we'll give you a 24 hour window to think about it. 

What is your policy on Pick Ups?

Buyer is responsible for scheduling pick ups. Due to limited storage space, we ask that all items be picked up within 7 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, the item(s) will be considered abandoned property and returned to the sales floor. But don't worry, we aren't TOTAL monsters - scheduling conflicts can happen. Just let us know, and we'll work together to figure something out!

Do you have a Delivery option?

Yes! However, due to Covid-19, we are limiting deliveries to CURBSIDE ONLY. If a white glove service is needed, we know a few guys, and can assist with coordination (pricing TBD by third party delivery crew). 

Items are always wrapped in blankets for travel, with shelving and hardware wrapped separately. Blankets are removed upon drop off. At your request, we can wrap your items in shipping cellophane. While it may not be the most environmentally friendly option, it is extremely helpful when moving larger items in tight spaces, and keeping drawers in place. It does not guarantee against all damage, but it guarantees a peace of mind against accidental scratches, and offers a better grip. All items are given a final polish prior to wrapping, and may require a soft cloth buffing after removing plastic. This service is $25 per wrapped item, any size. 

Delivery Prices:

Up to 25 miles ---- $100

26 to 50 miles ---- $160

51 to 100 miles ---- $ 250

*Live out of state? We have successfully aided in shipping to California, Georgia, Illinois, and even Canada!

Do you ship smaller items?

Sure, why not! Just shoot us a message before buying the item, and we'll help sort out shipping cost. Then we will email you a secure payable invoice with the new total. Once the item is packed and shipped, we'll email you with the tracking number. Ordered an item before you realized you wanted it shipped? No problem, just contact us and we'll figure it out together!

Where do you find your Stuff?

Everywhere! We travel a lot, to find awesome and unique pieces for the store, and simply because we like the ride. Estate sales, basements, garages, you name it. Up and down the east coast, and sometimes as far as the midwest. If we're going, we'll take the opportunity to collect!

Do you want my STUFF???

ALWAYS! And also, maybe. Is it cool, midcentury, unique, modern, funkadelic, or awkward? Take some photos, and show us whatcha got. Please note the items we do carry, before contacting us with antiques pre 1940. Trust me, I love to see them, but I can only suggest you a few other places with no guarantee of their interest.

What kind of oil/polish do I use on this ______?

We get asked this question a LOT, and we love to help if we can! Everything requires something different. Shoot us an email with a good description, some clear photos of the item, in daylight. We will do our best to assess what you've got, and suggest a few products and techniques that have worked for us. Please be reminded we are skilled hobbyists, and that you should always listen to the professionals when it comes to restoration (and, really, everything else...)  

Can you restore my ______?

Currently, and probably forever, we do not offer this service. We can, however, suggest a few talented craftspeople local to the area! If you are of the above mentioned talent, please message us and we will be happy to send some people your way.

Can you reupholster my ______?

We cannot, and do not yet have an upholsterer on the clipboard. If you can suggest any locally based upholsterers, please send us a message with their information! If we end up using their skills, we'll send you a little gift :)

Do you have Gift Cards?

YES! I finally lit a fire under my ass, and got some actual gift cards. It only took three years.
